At a time of great change for environmental and campaigning NGOs, it was important that the component parts of one of the world’s leading campaigning NGOs functioned harmoniously and effectively in the pursuit of the Greenpeace mission. Over several years C&E has supported Greenpeace on a number of assignments, including the following:

  • Advise and work with the leadership team to help facilitate process to articulate and embed global leadership values
  • Design and facilitate process to support development of the global leadership team, codes of conduct and common operational style
  • Design and facilitate a change process to enable diverse functional units to enhance collaborative capabilities, cross-team working and operational effectiveness
  • Advise on the organisation's cross-sector engagement process


These processes and interventions helped the global leadership team and organisation to better adapt to, and navigate the challenges and opportunities presented by its changing external landscape
