Cause
Oak’s Learning Differences Programme (LDP) helps marginalised students to become agents of their own learning success, supported by educators and environments that embrace and respond to diverse learner profiles. Well established as grant-makers in the US, Oak wanted to make informed decisions about the opportunities to extend to other geographies.
C&E engaged with experts in multiple international markets and conducted a global landscape scan to identify opportunities and challenges and make a series of recommendations for Oak LDP’s grant making beyond the US.
Effect
With C&E’s support - including external reviews of prospective major international proposals - Oak Foundation has gone on to make milestone investments in initiatives to transform insights and practices related to the inclusion of children who learn differently.
C&E provided invaluable strategic guidance and counsel on the expansion of our programme globally. They brought an objective external perspective to the development of a set of options for our path forward. Their team was responsive, communicative and a pleasure to work with throughout the project
