C&E helped the UK’s leading pub retailer and brewer to create a strategic response to the challenges and opportunities presented by its corporate heritage as it evolved and accelerated its approach to ED&I. As part of a significant culture change programme with its 40,000 employees, C&E worked with Greene King’s executive leadership team to help frame the ED&I agenda, and shape the company's response and focus on race diversity through an extensive programme of strategic planning and stakeholder engagement (including listening sessions with employees and external opinion formers).
