As part of its strategic ESG consultancy to Warner Bros. International, C&E helped to create and support the development of The Warner Bros. Creative Talent Programme. This flagship community investment programme develops diverse, emerging talent to build a pipeline for the UK and Ireland’s creative industries - film, TV, gaming and theatre – through scholarships, apprenticeships, work and training placements, mentoring and masterclasses.
Effect
Fully aligned to Warner Bros’ business and mission, this multi-award-winning programme has enhanced industry access for hundreds of young people – many from disadvantaged backgrounds – and is helping to accelerate the growth of next-generation creative talent.
